Terms of Service

Welcome to Repair Today. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our doorstep AC repair, maintenance, and installation services across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

By accessing our website and requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Repair Today acts as a platform connecting local customers with verified, independent AC technicians for doorstep inspection, servicing, gas refilling, installation, and repairs.

• Service requests can be submitted via our website forms or telephone.
• We strive to provide same-day service, though arrival windows may vary due to traffic or weather conditions in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.

2. Pricing and Payments

We believe in 100% transparent pricing:

• Inspection Charges: A standard diagnostic/inspection fee applies as communicated prior to technician dispatch.
• Estimates: Technicians will provide an upfront cost estimate for labor and spare parts before commencing any repair work. Work begins only upon your approval.
• Payments: Payments for services rendered are due immediately upon completion directly to the technician or via accepted digital payment methods.

3. 30-Day Service Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. Repair Today offers a 30-day service warranty on qualifying repairs and replacement parts performed by our technicians.

• The warranty covers the specific repaired component or service issue addressed.
• It does not cover physical damage, improper handling by the user, power surges, or unrelated parts failing after the service date.

4. User Responsibilities

When booking a service with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details, service requirements, and location addresses.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians inside your premises.
• Verify and approve cost estimates before repairs begin.

5. Limitation of Liability

Repair Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pre-existing appliance failures, structural limitations, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
